We will be shooting:

Skeet, Skeet Doubles, Trap with incoming shot, Rabbit and Bird, and a 32 Bird Flurry! All Games are $6 and prizes will be awarded.

We are now open for the season (effective 6 APR)

We are open Thursday night APR-MAY

And Wednesday & Thursday Night JUN-AUG

New this Year BURGER NIGHT is the 1st Thursday of the Month. Come out and have a burger and fries at the club! 1st BURGER night is May 3rd!

The Winthrop Game Protective League is a privately owned trap and skeet shooting club that is open to the public. We welcome all shooters to our Club and only ask that you purchase a membership for the year for $20.

The Winthrop Game Protective League was incorporated on July 24, 1959, as a corporation "to educate its members and people about the importance of the conservation of all natural resources. To hold competitive contests in target and trap-shooting, archery, angling, casting and to promote the spirit of good sportsmanship."

Our rural setting offers you a quiet and relaxed atmosphere in which to have fun. Surrounded by large oak trees, and now a path leading to the nearby lake, makes it a truly delightful experience to spend a day, or an evening, at our Club.
